As the global situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we at HiDHA offer continued prayers for our exhibitors, board members, and friends to stay safe.
OUR JULY 12 SHOW IS ON! Please pre enter in advance so that we can get an accurate accounting of how many people are interested and who will be at the show. This will help us out greatly. NOTE: To avoid erroneous online entries, payment is required to get your pre entry discount. You can pay for 1 class and add more classes on show day when you check in. (We take PayPal, cash or check).
Update: Oct 18 will be a DOUBLE POINT SHOW!
Rest assured that our office staff will be practicing LA County Covid precausions and will follow the guidelines in the office in an effort to make our exhibitors feel comfortable. Masks are not required to be worn while you are riding. Show staff can meet you at your trailer if you prefer not to enter the office to receive you your numbers and make payment etc.
I would like to thank our board members and show management for scrambling to get things done at the last minute (fon more thann one occassion), being patient and open minded, and for thier ability to remain positive and upbeat during these challenging times. Judges are all very supportive and flexible with last minute show changes. Our arena owner has been gracious and we are truly blessed to have our venue at the same location.
Remember, it will be warm out to be sure to bring plenty of water, electrolytes, and sunscreen.

1. Trail will be open from 10 am to 2 pm and we will run both Western and Ranch Horse trail during these hours.(When you give your exhibitor # to the judge please indicate which Division you are competing in. For example: Western or Ranch Horse)
2. Two warm up sessions now available: 8am - 10 am and 11:30 - 12 pm.A lunch break at 11:30 for the judges which means a half hour practice for those participating in the morning classes!!
If you are going for Year End Awards - don't forget to get your sponsorships paid for now. The Sponsor page on Hidha.net reflects who has paid their member sponsorships and in the running for year end awards.
Don't forget to pre-enter for additional savings. If you send your entry snail mail, be sure to email a copy of the entry form to alert the show management that your entry is on it's way just in case you beat the entry to the show or the post office misplaces it.
HiDHA accepts Business Sponsorships so if you have any connections in the community please ask as we are a non-profit organization and all the money that gets collected we apply 100% to your year-end awards! All the forms can be found on our web site at www.hidha.net.
The monthly board meetings have been on hold due to COVID. Rest assured our board members are active and we communicate daily. If you have some concerns or suggestions to make our shows more successful, you may also speak with our show management Pam or Heather at the show or feel free to send us a note via email.
